Complimentary vehicle cleans have a minimum travel time requirement of 48 hours (This is to allow our team the time to collect your vehicle, clean it and return it in time for your arrival). In the event a key is not kept at the dealership a spare key must be provided to our staff prior to the airport valet booking so that our staff may collect the vehicle. Please also note that we take the utmost care of your vehicle while you are away, and do carry out thorough inspection on collection. As a result we accept no responsibility for any damage to your vehicle while it isn't in our care. If we have damaged your car, we will be the first to let you know.
